Taking Back Control: Pain Reprocessing Therapy
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) helps you to purposefully adjust how your brain processes pain.
It includes mind body techniques that train and rewire the brain to respond more appropriately to signals from the body, breaking the cycle of chronic pain-fear.
You will learn about the basic neuroscience of chronic pain, key fear and pain reduction methods, self-care, stress management, mindfulness and meditation.
